Australian mum influencers to follow in 2022

Venturing into motherhood can be like losing your virginity - you have expectations and are most likely wildly surprised (to say the least). We have made a list of a few of our favourite Aussie mum influencers that have softened the blow or at least helps us feel less alone in this journey. In no particular order, here are the accounts we recommend following to help you mum-through 2022.

Steph Claire Smith is a new mum of a gorgeous little boy. She eats, breathes and sleeps authentic wellness. She not only motivates us to put in the effort to look after ourselves and our bodies but also helps us feel okay when we're not feeling okay. 

She is a bundle of sunshine that will help make you feel brighter through motherhood.

Emilee Hembrow is one strong mum and step mum to 5 beautiful children. She is a natural mum with fantastic recommendations and tips to help make mum-life that little bit easier. She also openly speaks about her difficult miscarriage which undoubtedly helps thousands of women going through a similar situation to not feel so alone. She shows that there is no limit to how long you can grieve. Emilee is that woman you want in your corner and through her sharing, it almost feels like she is.

Ellidy Pullin. There aren't many words out the to truly describe this woman, but imagine watching from your window a perfectly tall sunflower weathering cyclones, tsunamis, draughts and still standing strong. Ellidy's story is unlike any other, she has the true definition of an angel baby and is the most natural, loving, deserving human that continues to keep us in awe. She is the co-host of an amazing podcast that goes through the ins and outs of fertility with co-host @chloechapman who we can't wait to add to this list one day.

Tammy Hembrow is one boss mumma where powerful is an understatement. Sister to Emilee and a Kardashian-like family of strong female energy. She has 2 stunning children with 1 beautiful girl on the way. Tammy is one of those fun playful friends we can count on to lift a down mood, yet, parents so beautifully. She has been a single mum for some time although never used this label, she always demonstrated immense strength within herself and her success is just a glimpse of it.
